Wabi-Sabi name comes from a Japanese philosophy that embraces imperfection, impermanence, and the beauty of things as they are.
That felt like the heart of what I noticed was missing in movement and fitness, and what I wanted to build here in Boulder.
Pilates isn’t about reaching some finish line—it’s about noticing the shifts along the way, and knowing that those count. They count a lot.
At Wabi-Sabi we want you to show up in your body—exactly as it is. From there we work together to build strength, mobility and ease over time. We encourage you to honor progress in all its forms, including the pauses, the changes, and the seasons where you’re leveling-up, rebuilding or just starting again.
We aren’t here to focus on flaws or to try to “fix” everything. This studio a place to move through what’s hard, celebrate what’s shifting, and build the kind of strength that lasts—from the inside out.
That’s what we do here. That’s Wabi-Sabi 🧡🩵✨
