New to Pilates Workshop Series

A 3-part series that breaks down the fundamentals of Pilates, step by step. Each session builds on the last, so by the end you’ll understand the core principles, feel confident on the equipment, and be ready to sign up for an All-Levels Group class. There is lots of time for questions, and going at pace that works for you.  The group is small, so we can focus on you and your goals.

Next New to Pilates Workshop Series planned for the Fall.

What should I wear to Pilates Class? Wear whatever you’re comfortable moving in—think stretchy, breathable clothes that let you focus on how you feel, not how you look. Most people go barefoot or wear grip socks (which we sell at the studio if you need a pair).

What to Expect

Your first class is simple and fully guided.

Nothing to figure out ahead of time. Just show up—we’ll take it from there.

Why Pilates?

People come to Pilates for different reasons, but most are looking for the same shift:

Pilates builds strength, awareness, and support from the inside out. It’s not about pushing harder—it’s about moving better.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a method of movement developed by Joseph Pilates
to improve how the body functions as a whole.

It connects strength, control, mobility, and breath, helping the body
function as a system rather than isolated parts.

It helps build a body that supports you better in daily life—
not just in class, but in how you sit, stand, move, and recover.

Controlled Movement

Breath

Strength

Mobility

Coordination

Nothing to figure out ahead of time. Just show up—we’ll take it from there.

"Kelly is such a talented teacher! Recently I did a class and it felt like a private with how many personal adjustments & tips I got. I also brought my husband (who has never done pilates before) and we both left teeling challenged & energized!"
