Bring family or a friend for double the Pilates fun! Duets offer all the benefits of a private 1:1, but also gives you connection, accountability with a workout partner. We'll mix up each class with a different workout, alternating among the various apparatus.
To sign up for a duet, you need to have a partner. If you don't have a duet partner but like the idea of a smaller class and more focus, let us know and we'll do our best matchmaking.
Come ready for a great workout and group fun. We do group classes differently at Wabi-Sabi. Equipment classes are small, with a max of 4, and we mix it up every class. We alternate among Pilates reformers, towers and chairs, as well as Pilates arcs and props. Modifications will be offered to help you grow in your practice at your pace.
Prior Pilates experience required.

All levels welcome. If you're new to Pilates or new to trying equipment, this is the class for you. At Wabi-Sabi, class sizes are small--a max of 4. With smaller classes, we can offer a lot of support while you build confidence and skill on various PIlates apparatus. We focus on safety, fun and taking the intimidation out of equipment.
In Intro to Group Equipment, we go at a slower pace to allow for lots of questions, but still get you a great workout.
All levels welcome. Mat class is both a great, safe intro to PIlates, and also a great workout for those who've been practicing awhile. We offer modifications for injury and different levels, and use a lot of props to help support and engage use of the right muscles and body position.
